Finally Friday

What a week and next week was going to be my vacation guess that became perminate so i will go do what i had planned while looking for employment...going to get mommy and you all know how much i love my mommy....but tonight will get together with those sneeky little card sharks for a game of tick and if you remember last time i was out I won.....for the first time in 5 years....So today i have cleaned the house did some laundry ..... mailed my BOO cards to family and friends for Halloween.....got the wood stack filled and the fireplace ready for warmness if it is cold...burr like out here in California we even know what cold is seriously it is 68 and people say I am freezing well go back to Minnesota dear and see how it feels....ok ok don't get me started it is like talking about California drivers don't get me started.....

Thursday what a week....

Ok so i lite a fire on the fireplace at 5am my usual and customary time to get to employed or not.....then I waxed the bathroom cabinets ...filled the Brita pitcher ..then i jumped into my black Ferrari and went on a job interview it was interesting to say the least hey it had been a long time between interviews and i don't know but the atmosphere is really different and so casual...The interview went hummm well??? Nothing like being interviewed by someone your sons age that when i began to ask questions about the company he had to call his boss in???What the Fri$^#&*#(# hey it is good we need the interviews to get back in the swing of things and i m not one to sit around....plenty to do but i jut want to work.....After I got done i took Banjo boy some Starbucks to cheer him up i think he is worried about me...hey and when i was in Starbucks i saw a poster they are looking for mangers....things are still lookin up........God Bless

Day two .......

Well started the day off with Paul at the Ford dealership really nice guy...I went acting like i managed my own car but we know banjo boy does it. I said i needed a tune up...what kind i say sparks with a grin....oh ok so Paul continues to ask questions i think he was hoping to stump me but i continued with belts and hoses need checking to. Now i ask the price and he say 400.00 HOLY CRAP.....but here i go and i ask is that because the manifold needed to be moved to get to the spark plugs on the right....Bingo he looked at me impressed yet confused but said Yup? then he says let me show you and proceeds to open the hood and run down the removal etc etc....When we were done he bid me a dew and put me in the courtesy shuttle...Now here is the trick the whole time I'm there banjo boy is on the cell phone listening and giving me the answers on my bluetooth god bless modern tech because i know how they take advantage of us poor little weak women...WOOYAAAAA...ok moving on decided when i got home to take a run lots of stuff to see and I am enjoying taking some shot for my blog but right in the middle of the walk/run it starts to rain really hard ok now what to do so i ran to the porch of a vacant house and waited and on the way home got some shots of a chicken coop ya all know i want my chickens....now i will leave and run home ....ok the rain lets up so i went and made a new bedroom in the barn for Tiny our horse.....it was great exercise and as you know i need to stay busy for the sake of my loved ones.here i have some pictures from the day....enjoy xoxo...and do not think this is all fun tomorrow i will be having resume day i have worked the last three night brushing it up and tomorrow we are heading to the computer in the office here at home and getting going on the resume it has been 9 years so it needs fine tuning ...god bless

Well I decided we are

going to keep a Lani the Senior Citizens guide to unemployment a daily log with pictures on what we do each day while awaiting that job .....and I know it is out there .....Well start the day with some early morning pictures....zip to the recycling center to get some xtra cash split with apron strings for keeping me company...poor baby has pink eye so i only have him for 24 hours.... off to shop with the apron strings had to look for the right parking...... Cleaned out my lunchbox sad but a job that had to be done apron strings wants to use it...sweetttt.....then get some laundry done ...cooked macaroni from scratch but if i keep cookin these home made dinners banjo boy is going to start likin this thing....i told him i would do the chores every mornin he said i was takin him off his game...lol....god bless that man o' mine and all in all things are lookin up.........
