Ok Monday Wednesday and Friday at least that is what I try to do .....My pal--- friend ----co-hort---Linda goes with me and we can walk 4 miles or more but I think it is the sites and the information that is the real reason for our walks.....Ok here is one walk for example..... Starts out good I'm asleep she is awake....
