Measured tonight and

wow i kinda plateaued on the diet and the last 4 pounds is just killin me ...but tonight i am trying to give myself a little help so i thought you need to measure yourself ...so here we go right upper arm to start was 12 " now it is 11....waist was 34 now 33 the hippos were 42 now 40 and the right thigh 25 now 23 now i know that some of you might say no way Lani you were not that big but yes peeps the tape does not lie....so this gives me just that little punch to keep on track....i ate a bowl of Costco grapes oh my gosh they are like candy yummy this weekend Ms. Independence is coming down so we can throw a baby shower for her friend skinny big boobs but now her nick name is skinny big belly but wow she only gained 7 pounds who the heck dose that... i will get pictures it should prove to be fun...and this time we will get the fountain right did i tell you the fountain story well when we had the 4th of July bash hubby put together the chocolate fountain (pictured above) together and i did not check the assembly ...dip yes i am a dip so i can not figure out for the life of me why oh why did it take so much chocolate to fill that fountain ...well when hubby assembled it he put the cups on like cups they are suppose to be upside down so the chocolate flows over not filling it let me go see if i can find picture cause a picture says a thousand words ...but i asked him "My darling hubby did you read the directions when you assembled the fountain ..no i thought you would check it....crap....can argue with that ....well needless to say i will assemble it and get anew picture but god bless the man for trying...god bless
