OK i landed and went to dinner with the kids....Indian yes i had chicken with spinach i think it was creamish i made heather take a walk with me after dinner ....now we are watching The Big Chill....Tomorrow they are takin ma on a 3 mile hike in the mountains of Oakland so I will update you...looks like i was able to use the laptop so I'm so smart ...God Bless
