Now you can do Brownies from scratch which I am going to give you the recipe for but boxed is OK to in case your time is tiny.....

Ok lets do this ...........

2 1/2 c. quick cooking oats
3/4 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. butter, melted

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Mix oats, flour, brown sugar and soda; stir in butter. Reserve 3/4 cup of oatmeal mixture. Press remaining in pan. Bake 10 minutes. Cool 5 minutes.

Prepare brownies as directed or use boxed. Spread over baked layer. Sprinkle with reserved oatmeal mixture. Bake until brownies begin to pull away from sides of pan, about 35/45 minutes. Cool down and cut Yummy

Brownies

1 1/2 sticks of butter , melted
1/2 cup of cocoa
1 3/4 cup of sugar
1 cup of flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp of baking power
3 eggs

* you can add chocolate chips and walnuts for crunch and more gooey goodness....

Mix sugar and eggs. Slowly blend in melted butter. Add dry ingredients until mixed thoroughly. Pour on top of the oatmeal crust...top with the remaining oatmeal stuff... Cook at 350 degrees for about 35/45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean....ok took them to the meeting they were gone before the break....LOL
