Be accountable I'm going to to go the gym and get into a spin class I know I know what am I crazy it is a frightening thought but I must if I'm going to drop this weight I'm already down 4 pound and damit i want to be the biggest looser not because I'am but because I oh never mind I'm going to the gym I might sneak my camera in...LOL...Here is me on the way....LOL

You go girl! I'm trying to make space in my studio, hidden away, for a Gazelle. Soon. I just don't like going walking. This way I can listen to my books while I exercise.
My friend and I were recently talking about the prevalence of technology in our day to day lives. Reading this post makes me think back to that debate we had, and just how inseparable from electronics we have all become.
I don't mean this in a bad way, of course! Ethical concerns aside... I just hope that as the price of memory drops, the possibility of uploading our memories onto a digital medium becomes a true reality. It's a fantasy that I daydream about all the time.
