of my favorite places to go ...I go get our muffin trays to give to referrals from this bakery it is called The Bread Basket I do have to say it was the hardest thing in the whole wide world to not get a muffin that day I went to deliver trays...I usually would get one but I can't I'm doing the weight thing...but I made it two days this week not getting anything...and I lived it is a miracle...The reason I waited to post this was I wrote down the girls names behind the counter but lost them...They are so helpful and really sweet so sorry ladies .....Here are a few nummie shots....God Bless

I am so proud of you. Sorta. You are either awfully dedicated to your diet or just plain stoopid. Cause, don't you really and truly regret not getting one?! You could've had one muffin then eaten raw carrots the rest of the day. That's my diet advice. ;o)

Sherry you are so funny I do that but it always just gets me going and then im in the same ole boat .......Yes dedicated and Stoopid....and one of those muffins is 5,678 + points i told you....
